  called the location to inquire about having my taxes prepared, was told by the lady who answered they were actually "running a half off special" and that is would only be half of what it would normally cost, whatever that would've amounted to. By the time the return was actually prepared and ready to submit, I had to relinquish 219.00 of my refund for the fee. When I mentioned this was not what I was told, there was no attempt to rectify the misunderstanding, however a 25.00 coupon was applied there was 39.00 fee to submit my return. (which used all of the coupon plus some) I doubt I will ever use this company again. The actual employee was kind and courteous, however, I feel the error in customer service was made with the initial phone call.
